It looks like a late 1950’s FIAT 600 Multipla. Have you seen the BMW 300 Isetta? It’s a little 3 wheeler with a front the opens up to get in and out of. There were a lot of really cool tiny cars made in Europe in the 50’s and 60’s.
Sure you are right about that and the Fiat 600 – found in so many “outfits” – even open mini vans – seen them at car museums in both Italy and Germany. 🙂

They are terrific. I love to have one along with my milk truck. But there is the “facilities” problem.
