It was dry and warm this year in the east. No snow to be seen. Zip, zero, nada, a great big goose egg. Here’s Jim Thorpe dry as a bone. Too warm to stay inside and read. But at least there was a representative from the North Pole to wish us well. But I don’t know, he seemed a bit sarcastic, but most folks are these days, and we all like to fit in, so it is to be expected.
“Zip, zero, nada, a great big goose egg.” Isn’t that a quote from the Vinyl Café?! 🙂
I never heard of Vinyl Café. It could be. I like it though.
That is amazing! “Vinyl Café” is sort of the Canadian equal to “The Prairie Home Companion” with better stories. I’ll try to dig the story out and send it as an mp3.
I’d love that. Thanks.
