Eckley Miners Village in Pennsylvania had it’s “Forties Weekend” show last week. It was fun as usual but I thought last year was better. So in light of that I’ve included some pictures from last year as well as this year. It’s always a great time at Eckley. It’s a cool old mining town These folks are really into reenacting and they do a great job. They have numerous shows throughout the year, with lot’s of entertainment.
The film “The Molly Maguires” was filmed there.
Next on their calendar is Civil War Weekend. I was able to get some nice shots last year and hope to get more this year.
